1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
Patriot Poly Pros, LLC warrants to the original purchaser (“the Owner”) that the polyaspartic floor coating system will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the durations specified below. This warranty specifically covers peeling, blistering, and delamination of the coating from the concrete substrate when applied to a properly prepared surface.
Residential Properties: Lifetime of the original purchaser for as long as they own the property.
2. EXCLUSIONS (WHAT IS NOT COVERED)
This limited warranty is restricted to the adhesion and material integrity of the coating. It does not cover:
Substrate Failure: Damage caused by shifting, settling, heaving, or cracking of the underlying concrete slab.
Moisture Vapor: Failures resulting from hydrostatic pressure or moisture vapor transmission (MVT) exceeding [3] lbs/1,000 sq. ft. unless a specific moisture mitigation system was installed.
Physical Abuse: Gouging, heavy impact damage, or scraping caused by dragging machinery or furniture.
Chemical Exposure: Damage from battery acid, brake fluid, or industrial solvents not promptly removed (within 20 minutes).
Environmental Factors: Acts of God, flooding, fire, or extreme weather events beyond the Company's control.
Normal Wear: Gradual loss of gloss or minor surface scratches over time.
3. OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES
To maintain the validity of this warranty, the Owner must:
Care and Maintenance: Follow all "Post-Installation Care" instructions provided by the Company.
Notification: Notify Patriot Poly Pros, LLC in writing within 30 days of discovering a potential defect.
Documentation: Present the original signed contract and proof of payment in full.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The sole remedy under this warranty is the repair or replacement of the specific area found to be defective. Patriot Poly Pros, LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use of the space, storage fees, or the cost of moving personal property.
5. TRANSFERABILITY
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation address. (Optional: Unless a transfer fee and inspection are completed within 30 days of property sale).

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
Patriot Poly Pros, LLC warrants to the original purchaser (“the Owner”) that the polyaspartic floor coating system will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, specifically covering peeling, blistering, and delamination for as long as the Owner owns the property.
2. MOISTURE MITIGATION CLAUSE
Proper moisture levels are critical to the long-term bond of polyaspartic coatings.
Testing Requirements: Before installation, the Company may perform moisture testing according to ASTM F2170 (Relative Humidity) or ASTM F1869 (Calcium Chloride).
Standard Limits: Standard coatings are warranted for slabs with a Moisture Vapor Emission Rate (MVER) up to 3 lbs/1,000 sq. ft. or an internal Relative Humidity (RH) below 75%.
Mitigation Coverage: If the Owner opts for a dedicated Moisture Mitigation Primer, the warranty coverage for moisture-driven blistering is extended to a tolerance of (15) lbs MVER.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover failures caused by hydrostatic pressure (standing water under the slab), plumbing leaks, or moisture levels that materially exceed the system’s rated capacity at the time of installation.
3. CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
To maintain the floor’s integrity and warranty validity, the Owner must adhere to these guidelines:
Routine Maintenance: Sweep or vacuum daily with a soft-bristle broom or microfiber dust mop to remove abrasive grit that can cause micro-scratches.
Deep Cleaning: Mop every 1-2 weeks using a pH-neutral cleaner (pH 7-10). Alternatively, use a solution of 5 oz. clear ammonia per gallon of hot water.
Spills: Wipe up vehicle fluids, oils, or chemicals immediately using a soft cloth or paper towel. While polyaspartic is highly stain-resistant, prolonged exposure to caustic substances like battery acid can damage the finish.
Prohibited Items:
Do NOT use abrasive powders (e.g., Comet), citrus-based cleaners, bleach, or vinegar, which can dull the finish.
Do NOT use stiff-bristled brushes, steel wool, or high-pressure washers exceeding 800-1,200 PSI.
Do NOT apply floor wax, as it makes the surface slippery and attracts dirt.
4. GENERAL EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover damage from substrate cracking/shifting, physical abuse (gouging or dragging heavy machinery), or natural disasters.
5. CLAIM PROCEDURE
Report any potential defects in writing to Patriot Poly Pros, LLC within 30 days of discovery. Failure to maintain the floor according to Section 3 may void this warranty.
